The layout was completely redesigned , the Garcez apartment project prioritizes simple and geometric shapes to leave the environments integrated and fluid, with new uses for spaces from the removal of walls. It follows neutral and timeless lines, renewing the original modernist air. The highlight is the structure of the building being revealed from the large central pillar and raw concrete beams. In opposition, the grayish green tone gives softness and lightness to the environment. The curatorship of loose furniture, objects and pieces of art reinforce the contemporary atmosphere, with an emphasis on Brazilian designers and artists.
